Seek and Destroy by Alan McDermott
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I loved the first Driscoll book and this was a solid follow up entry. While the first one was definitely more of a conspiracy, spy-esque thriller, this one is more of an action packed adventure. There are some cool thriller vibes, but it definitely errs on the side of a Bond/Bourne type romp.
I will be interested to see where the series goes in Book 3. Book 1 definitely left off on a set up for this one, but I didn't feel this had as strong of a cliff hanger, which isn't a bad thing.
Recommended to people who like action-packed books. I would suggest reading the first book before this one, but it had been a while since I read that one and didn't remember all the details with 100%. I still felt like this could be read as a standalone.
