Deep Freeze by John Sandford
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
The best word I could use to describe this book would be "disjointed." While it was an enjoyable listen, I didn't find it to be the best explained nor most suspenseful. The book literally tells us who the killer is in the first chapter, so there was no mystery for the reader. There were two subplots going concurrently and it was hard to see how they reasonably tied together.
It's good for a quick, mindless read, and I plan to check out more books in this series.
